Payment Policies:
We prefer bank wire transfers or postal money orders.
Cashiers Checks are subject to verification and could
result in delays. Paypal must be arranged in advanced
and only with "Verified" buyers to "Confirmed" addresses.
Credit card and Paypal purchases will have a 3% surcharge
added. Deposits to hold guitars are non-refundable unless
otherwise specified.
Shipping Policies:
Buyer will pay actual shipping charges. Buyer is responsible
for all loss or damage in shipping.
Return Policies:
We offer a 24 hour approval period after receipt of instrument
to verify description of originality. You cannot return it for buyers
remorse or because the wife found out or any of those kinds of reasons.
Please call to arrange return within 24 hours after receipt if not satisfied
and return authorization will be given.
Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period.
All returns must be insured and shipped at buyer’s expense in the same
packing box. We will refund the selling price of the instrument as soon
as we receive it in the same condition as it was sent to you. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable. Refunds may be subject to a 5% restocking charge.
Amp Sales
All amp sales are final.
